Completely dedicated to Oregon chocolatiers and their fantastic creations. This show will bring together more than 30 Oregon chocolate companies who will present a variety of fine chocolates and chocolate-inspired products that tease taste buds of over 1500 visitors.

Annual Portland Farmers Market

Oregon Cheese Festival

Oregon-inspired culinary events, including a Meet the Winemakers and Cheesemaker Dinner and a farmer’s market-style artisan food and wine festival, will kick off with the Oregon Cheese Festival during the third weekend in March.

Annual Whale Watching Week
The Coast

Volunteers are ready to help
10 a.m.-1 p.m. each day

Join trained volunteers at 26 watch sites to help you spot the whales. Whale watching is a year round activity on the coast of Oregon, but this is your chance to learn more about the gray whales that migrate each year. The Whale Watching Spoken Here program places volunteers at great whale watching sites during Watch Weeks so they can teach others while watching the whales too.

Annual Beach Cleanup
The Coast
Saturday, March 31, 2012
10 am to 1 pm

The event takes place along the entire Oregon coast, from the Washington to the California borders. Volunteers may check in at one of 40 meeting sites, pick up a litter bag, and head down to the beach to help improve the coast for wildlife and visitors. Coordinators suggest volunteers bring gloves, wear sturdy shoes, and be safe while having a good time! To participate, click on link above for a list of registration sites.

Annual Hood River Valley Blossom Festival

Enchanted Forest Summer Comedy Theatre
Turner - Willamette Valley Region

The Enchanted Forest Comedy Theatre is well known for its outrageous, wild, and crazy musical comedy productions of updated fairy tales with laughs for all ages! The comedy theatre season begins weekends starting Memorial Day weekend with daily productions beginning mid-June and continuing for the rest of the season. Show lengths are about 25 minutes.

Run for The Cheetah

The 7th annual Run for the Cheetah will be returning to the Oregon Zoo for a fun run/walk designed to raise awareness about the endangered cheetah and to raise funds to support the Cheetah Conservation Fund's programs. The unique 5K and 8K courses start and finish at the Oregon Zoo and wind through the beautiful Washington Park.

The Kid's Dash is a 1/2 mile sprint through the Zoo grounds and past all of the curious animals. Visit our kid's activities booth for face painting & other fun activities.

Cinco De Mayo Fiesta

Annual Portland Indie Wine Festival
