America's Global Village Festival
First Saturday in June

Ontario - Eastern Oregon

This festival celebrates the authentic cultural villages - African, Basque, German, Hawaiian, Japanese, Mexican, Native American, Pioneer and Scottish. Each village features food, arts and crafts, cultural demonstrations and free youth activities. The main stage will highlight cultural entertainment throughout the day. Upon entering the park, visitors will be given a souvenir passport. With each visit to the villages, the passport will be stamped. When children have a full passport, they will receive a free prize. Adults who turn in a complete survey will have a chance to win a prize.

The Annual Tie Days RiverFest celebrates Dad's weekend with music, rafting, BBQ and just old-fashioned family fun. This year's headline performer is Oregon's own country/western, award-winning Joni Harms.

Shop at the vendor's faire under the "tie trees" and pick up a present for Dad…lots of "guy stuff" available. But many things are around for the kiddies too…pony rides, bounce house…and a crazy chain-saw carver! Jump on a raft (discounts to concert ticketholders) and float down the Rogue River to several restaurants and parks offering free live music.

Allstate Festival of Balloons in Tigard

Mill City is nestled in Oregon’s scenic North Santiam River Canyon. Opening ceremonies July 2 with spectacular July 4th fireworks at dark in Kimmel Park. Rogue Valley Balloon Rally

Jackson County Fair

Race Across Oregon

Competitors climb over 40,000 in their 535 mile campaign to the finish line in Hood River approximately 30 – 48 hours later.

Divisions included in the race are: Male/Female Soloist; Tandem; 2 or 4 Person teams; and Corporate (8 person) teams.

Oregon Brewer's Festival

North America's largest gathering of independent brewers. This grassroots event has developed a reputation as being one of the finest craft beer festivals in the world. Flashback "Cruz"

Baxter Auto Parts along with Auto Value Stores, will sponsor the Friday and Saturday night bands. This year the bands will be playing in Drake Park and Downtown Bend on Minnesota Street.

The Mount Hood Huckleberry Festival & Barlow Trail Days celebrates the rich bounty of natural resources found in the Northwest and on Mt. Hood. It is also a celebration of Native American and Oregon Trail history.

One of the highlights is the "World's Record-Breaking Watermelon Launch" (Saturday afternoon), where catapults and other uniquely-designed contraptions launch watermelons and other produce into outer space. There are lots of delicious Huckleberry Pies and Tarts, Huckleberry jams and sauces and a selection of other Wild Berry jams, even fresh Huckleberries.
